MBLAQ’s Mir once broke up with a girlfriend via text message

MBLAQ‘s Mir sent his ex-girlfriend an apology message.

During a recent filming session for an episode of jTBC‘s ‘Idol Preview‘, Mir explained why he broke off a past relationship.

Mir explained that he had a girlfriend that he dated for quite some time while he was still a trainee, but the relationship grew stale and Mir began acting distant towards her. One time, his girlfriend came to see him at a park in front of his rehearsal studio, but instead of spending time with her, Mir flatly told her he wanted to break up.

Extremely upset, his girlfriend asked Mir if she could slap him across his face.

Reminiscing of that day, Mir said, “After she said that, all I saw were her hands. I grew weak.” In order to avoid getting hit, Mir disgruntledly agreed to postpone their break-up.

But as soon as Mir came back to the rehearsal studio, he broke up with her via text message and succeeded in ending the relationship without being hit across the face.

After telling his story, Mir sent his ex-girlfriend a video message saying, “Hey friend. Thanks for not hitting me that day. I’m less afraid now, so I hope you can slap me once if I ever see you on the streets,” which caused everyone on set to roar in hearty laughter.

MBLAQ members fight over A-Pink’s Eunji

The MBLAQ members have their eyes on girl group A-Pink.

The boys who are actively promoting their song “This Is War” recently guest-featured to film the February 11th episode of MBC Everyone‘s ‘Weekly Idol‘.

When MC Jung Hyung Don asked if there were any girl groups that have caught their attention as of late, MBLAQ leader Seungho and fellow member G.O. agreed that A-Pink is one of their favorites groups.

“They’re really nice girls, very respectful and polite,” they said.

Member Mir also chimed in and said, “I think member Eunji is the cutest out of all of them,” which caused Lee Joon to quickly blurt out, “Hey, I liked Eunji first!”

Lee Joon was then given a chance to send Eunji a video message, and he said, “I enjoy seeing you perform. You are a great singer, and I love the way you smile so adorably.”

This episode of ‘Weekly Idol airs on February 11th at 2:00PM KST.

MBLAQ’s son Leo sings along to “It’s War” & reveals which daddy he misses the most

Fans of of KBS Joy’s ‘Hello Baby‘ Season 5 know MBLAQ‘s son Leo as the cute little energetic boy that sometimes gets into trouble, but which MBLAQ daddy does he miss and want to see the most? On February 7th, a homemade video revealed just that along with a musical surprise that showed how much he enjoyed his daddy’s songs.
The video started off with Leo wearing monkey pajamas and swaying side to side singing along to MBLAQ’s “It’s War“. After fidgeting with a cell phone he asked, “Are we gonna go right now to [see] MBLAQ daddy?”
His mom answered, “Tomorrow..let’s go tomorrow morning.” A sad Leo replied, “No, I don’t want to … [I want to go now.]“
With a series of back and forth discourse that always ended with Leo saying “No,” he later waved to the camera and said, “Daddy I want to see you.”
His mom asked, “Say Lee Joon daddy I want to see you,” but instead of repeating those words Leo whole heatedly replied, “Cheondoong (aka Thunder) daddy I want to see you.”

A second video showed his mom trying again asking, “Say Mir Daddy I want to see you”, but Leo answered, “No I wanna see Cheondoong daddy.”

Sorry Lee Joon and Mir, I guess Thunder has stolen Leo’s heart!
